Mindful Journey: juvenile reentry program is a community-based reentry and support program serving justice-involved youth and young adults ages 16 to 21 in Contra Costa/Alameda County. The program provides non-clinical mentoring, reentry case management, life skills training, structured caregiver engagement, and pro-social youth development services designed to reduce recidivism, increase stability, and support successful community reintegration.
